Loan Servicer
We’re looking for an attentive team player to join our Loan Operations department as a Loan Servicer. If you enjoy a combination of customer service and record maintenance, this may be the role for you. Candidates should possess a high level of detail orientation and problem-solving skills. Proficient use of Microsoft products and the ability to communicate effectively are required.
Our Loan Servicers are responsible for:
- Administrative support including insurance tracking, maintaining loan records and files, and distributing mail
- Processing paid notes and balancing loan accounts
- Accepting and accurately processing payments, and answering phone calls

Customer Service Representative
We’re looking for a friendly, flexible, and motivated person to join the CSR/Teller team at Bank of Wisconsin Dells! This position works 30-35 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays from 8AM-12PM. This job demands great customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. If this describes you, CSR may be a fit! Previous cash handling or bank experience a plus, but not required. Position is responsible for:
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner
- Accepting customer transactions
- Counting cash
- Cross-selling bank products
