Marketing Assistant
Step into a creative and collaborative role as a Marketing Assistant, where you’ll help shape the Bank of Wisconsin Dells’ brand through meaningful projects and community‑focused storytelling. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Director on community engagement, content creation, material design, and a wide range of administrative and project‑support tasks that help keep our marketing initiatives running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the creation, design, and content of internal and external communications, including social media
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties including tracking, reporting, and organizing
- Coordinate ordering, delivery, storage, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials
- Assist with community outreach efforts (coordinating, volunteering, setting up, donation baskets, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or similar programs
- Knowledge of video editing a plus

Compliance Officer
Join our growing Compliance Team as an experienced Compliance Officer. You’ll play a key role in strengthening BWD’s regulatory compliance and operational integrity. In this position, you will develop, maintain, and enhance bank‑wide compliance policies and procedures. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to support regulatory change initiatives, complete complex compliance projects, and conduct ongoing reviews and testing that help support the bank in managing and reducing risk.
What You’ll Do:
- Make recommendations to improve processes to improve compliance with regulations.
- Conduct scheduled and spot audits and prepares findings.
- Perform loan compliance reviews and testing.
- Support and execute key BSA and Deposit Compliance functions- monitoring, review, and filing.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Economics, etc.)
- 7-10 years bank operations or compliance/audit experience
- Strong ability to understand regulatory expectations and communicate them in plain, accessible language.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Compliance Analyst
Join our dedicated Compliance Team as a Compliance Analyst and contribute directly to strengthening BWD’s risk management and regulatory adherence. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the VP/Risk Officer to monitor compliance activities, evaluate internal controls, and ensure the organization meets all applicable policies, regulations, and industry standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Review transactional activity and monitor accounts for compliance with regulation
- Prepare and file CTRs
- Assist with HMDA and deposit compliance
- Assists with audits and exams
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Economics, etc.)
- 3–5 years of bank operational experience
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
