Deposit Operations Support
If you enjoy working with customers over the phone, possess excellent communication skills, and have high attention to detail, apply for our Deposit Operations Support role! This position requires independent work, relying on resources and team members to assist with troubleshooting questions. You must ensure every transaction is processed correctly by confirming with the customer and following procedure. Those with an understanding of banking, excellent problem solving, and good technology skills are likely to be successful. Our Deposit Operations Support department is responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries regarding account transactions via phone and chat
- Supporting electronic banking products including online and mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and debit cards
- Processing account transactions and changes
- Troubleshooting transaction exceptions

Personal Banker – Lake Delton Branch
BWD is excited to welcome a friendly, customer‑focused individual to our team as a Personal Banker! Our Personal Bankers play a key role in creating positive experiences for our customers. In this role, you’ll build meaningful connections as you assist customers with opening accounts, provide product guidance, and support their ongoing banking needs. If you enjoy helping others and delivering exceptional customer service, this is a great opportunity. This position will sit out of our Lake Delton branch.
What You’ll Do:
- Recommend appropriate products and services to enhance customer relationships
- Assist customers with a variety of banking needs
- Open accounts and perform account maintenance
- Provide account advice including product suggestions, account research, and other information
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cohesively with multiple departments
- Must have a high level of patience and empathy
- Previous banking experience
