Experienced Personal Banker
If you have prior retail banking experience and enjoy connecting with people to help them choose the best options for their banking needs, this is the position for you! Our personal bankers help customers by discovering financial needs, offering problem resolution, providing banking solutions to customers, and opening accounts. The role also includes accompanying lenders on customer calls as requested. This is a customer-facing role that requires exceptional customer service and knowledge of bank products.
Experience and skills required for the position:
- Previous retail banking experience is required
- Advanced knowledge of account titling and bank products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cohesively with multiple departments
- Must have a high level of patience and empathy

Personal Banker
This role does not require previous banking experience. Our Personal Bankers are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and finding out the needs of our customers to best service their banking needs. In this role, you would help customers by providing bank solutions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent customer service.
